United Energy Group Limited (referred to as UEG or the Group) is an independent oil and gas exploration and development company listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
联合能源主要从事上游石油天然气勘探开发与生产运营等业务，并着眼于新能源领域业务布局。总部设在香港，运营管理总部设在北京，并分别在中国、阿联酋、巴基斯坦、伊拉克和埃及等地设有分子公司。本集团全职员工2,000多名，其中外籍员工占比高达89%，拥有一支高度国际化的专业团队。
UEG mainly engages in upstream oil and gas exploration, development,
production and operations and is also growing its investments in the renewable
energy sector. The headquarters is located in Hong Kong, and the operations
management headquarters is located in Beijing. It also has subsidiaries in China,
the United Arab Emirates, Pakistan, Iraq, and Egypt. Our group has over 2000 full-
time employees, with foreign employees accounting for 89% of the total. We have
a highly internationalized professional team.
自2011年以来，联合能源集团把握机遇，加快投资步伐，在南亚、中东及北非地区成功完成了多起并购项目。作为负责任的“国际公民”，联合能源也在积极探索清洁能源项目与碳中和机会，进一步丰富业务版图。通过现有资产挖潜和新项目并购的双轮驱动，将集团建设成为“高成长性国际中型能源公司”，在未来续写更多成功故事。
Since 2011, UEG has seized growth opportunities, accelerated its investment pace,
and successfully completed multiple mergers and acquisitions in South Asia, the
dle East, and North Africa. As a responsible corporate citizen, UEG is also actively
exploring clean energy projects and opportunities for carbon neutrality. Through its
dual commitment to tapping potential in existing assets and acquiring new projects,
the group aims to evolve into a "high-growth international medium-sized energy
company" and continue to write more success stories in the future.
