1) Qualification and Certification Requirement
a) BSc degree certificate of petroleum superintendenting or higher.
b) English proficiency certificate for non-native English speaker.
c) Valid International well control training certificate (IADC or IWCF), prefer IWCF.
d) Valid "H2S" training certificate.
e) Valid physical health certificate (persons with disease such as cardiopathy, sudden dyspnea, HIV, Hepatitis B and other communicable diseases, etc., are unacceptable).
f) Age shall be no more than 45 years old.
2) Working Experience Requirement
a) At least 10 years and/or 50+ wells working experiences in well completion, workover, fishing, etc. on the position of Tool Man, or 5 years working experiences on the position of Tool Specialist or Completion superintendent.
b) It is preferred to have at least 5 years of working experience on position recruited in Reputable International Service Companies.
c) It is preferred to have working experience as Tool Specialist or Completion superintendent in Iraq.
3) Skill Requirement
a) Well knowing new advanced technology of downhole Tools.
b) In-depth knowledge and experience with downhole Tools of downhole operations.
c) Familiar with the standards of API/ ISO standards for downhole Operation, and other industrial and international Recommended Practices.
d) Skillful in utilizing various Technical Data Manuals, User’s Manuals and other Data Information for downhole Tools. Master at least Two (2) international major oil company operation manuals.
e) Skillful in preparing paper work in English, such as troubleshooting, post job report, ITT, PPT for presentation, meeting minutes, and official letter, etc.
f) Skillful in identifying major risk and taking effective precaution measures to control risk.
g) Fluent in oral and written English, able to have free communication with people and undertake all kinds of paper work in English.
h) Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office software, such as EXCEL, WORD, PPT and PROJECT, etc.
i) Excellent coordination skills with people.
4) Position Responsibility
a) Responsible for Long-Term Material Plan depending on Conceptual Design or Basic Design and Company Strategic Business Plan.
b) Responsible for Short-Term material requisition upon actual demands.
c) Identify and recognize the technical specifications regarding with tool and material for well completion and production.
d) Coordinate with Material Team to follow up the Material Inventory, Balance Sheet and Purchasing Order, and track the material delivery.
e) Coordinate with Design Team for the availability and compatibility of different completion tools, pup joints and crossover subs, etc.
f) Responsible for the ion of raw material and sealing element.
g) Check the proposed completion string and/or production string and wellbore schematics with available materials in warehouse.
h) Provide technical supporting for well-site operations, such as troubleshooting and problem solutions when necessary.
i) Responsible for reviewing the Final Post Job Reports regarding with deion and technical parameters of down-hole tools, QA/QC Inspection Sheet, Onsite Test Report.
j) Capture Lessons Learned and areas for Continuous Improvement.
