1) Qualification and Certification Requirement
a) Prefer BSc or higher degree certificate of petroleum, mechanical and related.
b) Valid International well control training certificate (IADC or IWCF) at Supervisor level, prefer IWCF.
c) Valid "H2S" training certificate.
d) Valid physical health certificate (persons with disease such as cardiopathy, sudden dyspnea, HIV, Hepatitis B and other communicable diseases, etc., are unacceptable). The contractor should arrange candidates should conduct the hospital or medical examination institution designated by The Company for physical examination and get the certificate, if required by written notice The Company, the contractor should pay all the cost occurred,
e) Age shall be no more than 45 years old, and age no more than 40 years old is preferred.
2) Working Experience Requirement
a) Minimum 5 years working experience in the drilling/completion/workover and well intervention operations.
b) Minimum 3 years working experience in the position of completion or workover supervisor.
c) Experience of Sand Control, Fracturing. Fishing Operation will be preferred.
3) Skill Requirement
a) Skillful in giving written and oral instructions in English on daily completion and workover operations at well location.
b) Familiar with all the tools used in the Completion and Workover Operations.
c) Capable of supervising vertical and horizontal well operations of Completion, Workover, ESP Installation, Stimulation, and other well activities, etc.
d) Master well killing sheet and procedures, and be able to organize well killing operation at well sites.
e) Skillful in calculation of the Completion and Workover parameters, such as hydraulics, well killing, mud weighting, downhole pressure, annulus velocity and gas immigration velocity, etc.
f) Capable of inputting the Completion and Workover Daily Report with WELLVIEW software provided by Company.
g) Capable of initiating and reviewing Final Post Job Reports and capture the lessons learnt after each operation.
h) Fluent in oral and written English, able to have free communication with people and undertake all kinds of paper work in English.
i) Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office software, such as EXCEL, WORD, PPT and PROJECT, etc.
j) Excellent coordination skills with others.
k) Demonstrable leadership and people management ability.
l) Strong organizational and time management skills.
m) Strong understanding of down-hole materials and well conditions.
n) Ability to work with outdoor hard climate condition for long hours.
4) Position Responsibility
a) Fully responsible for QHSE management at well site during operations.
b) Fully responsible for the well-site safety environment and for the resolution of the QHSE issues related to operation and enforce the intensity of Permit To Work (PTW).
c) Fully responsible for the onsite implementation of all activities of completion, workover, stimulation and other well activities, with considering the cost control and ensure efficient and non-stop operation on site.
d) Fully responsible for the accomplishment of the Completion, Workover and well interventions operations objectives in compliance with the company policies and codes of practice, safety and environmental protection.
e) Fully responsible for the on-site planning and execution of operation activities.
f) Fully responsible for day-to-day optimization of activities and provision of first-line action and problem-solving in case of unexpected events, under management authorities and acceptance.
g) Anticipate potential problems and plan alternative operation strategical solutions.
h) Fully responsible for the management of services companies equipment and personnel at well location.
i) Initiate and issue well-site daily operation plans/procedures as per signed Operation Program.
j) Input, complete and deliver daily operation report timely.
k) Hold operation meeting at daily basis and pre-job safety meeting with all related key personnel in wellsite.
l) Organize all kinds of drills on timely manner as per Company policy.
m) Ensure all operations are carried out in accordance to QHSE requirements and Company policy.
n) and maintain the site completion tool and material inventory at the required level.
o) Maintain good communication and coordination with the relevant Company departments/sections and personnel for fully supporting well operation.
p) Verify and confirm Contractor’s workload, sign off all field tickets, and evaluate Contractor’s performance for each well operation.
q) Organize a good well handover and back to Drilling Department and/or Production District of Company.
r) Initiate Final Post Job Report and complete all kinds of well reports at the end of operation within one (1) week as required by company managements.
s) Optimize operation procedures, summarize lessons learnt and identify areas for continuous improvement.
t) Prepare PPT document and make a presentation to the staff of Downhole Operation Department to summarize each well operation.
u) Review and eventually the Completion and Workover Operation Procedures/Guidelines.
v) Prepare Load out Material Manifest and Return Material Manifest for each operation.
w) Work in office if required by department managers
