岗位职责：
1.风电机组载荷分析方法和测试验证方法研究、工具编制及相关项目的评估；
2.风电机组载荷相关的国际和国内标准的解读和编制、产品开发以及相关研究课题申报和课题实施等；
3.基于在役风电场运行数据的机组状态分析及安全性分析；
4.从不同的项目中提取共性以及差异，给不同企业提供定制化的评估方案；
5.领导交代的其他工作。
任职要求：
1.硕士研究生及以上学历，机械、数学、力学、流体力学等相关专业；
2.良好的数据分析能力，熟练应用Matlab等编程语言 良好的英语听说读写能力；
3.学习能力强，能快速的了解各家风电机组的技术特点及行业发展动态，熟悉风电机组动态响应相关知识优先；
4.有很强的责任心和团队合作能力。
