Title : Terminal Project Manager ( ERP Program and Maintenance Improvement Program)
Purpose of the job : The TPM is to work with team to achieve the detailed set up (use of screens, documents, reports, inquiries, and business controls) with the proper analyze & specify business needs, to solve application related and/or integration related issues and to transfer knowledge to the local sites (Vopak factories in China & North Asia), to ensure the factories ' team can operate with MyService properly after the system go-live. And work with team to achieve the asset data preparation for upload in INFOR, organizational change management, system implementation together with the new functionalities, training of end users, and help in embedding via intensive use of the KPI dashboard. Finally to establish a solid foundation to support digital ambition on asset management via a common reliable source of asset master data and maintenance process.
Key Accountabilities
Develop the Implementation Plan and makes sure it is approved by stakeholders (local and Division)
Day-to-day management of the local implementation project
Accountable for overall cost and schedule of the terminal project
Manages, reports, tracks, coordinates and ensures successful completion of the terminal project
Creates and maintains the activity structure and breaks down complicated activities into logical tasks to execute
Manages terminal specific requirements, quality and delivery against the agreed objectives
Responsible for terminal project logs & management (risks, issues, decisions and actions) including – if required – escalation
Reports the actual progress versus the plan to the Project Owner and Division Implementation Manager on monthly basis and communicates critical project changes immediately, manages approval for deviations the agreed terminal scope and project boundaries
Ensures timely, efficient and effective communication with the project group, terminal management, Division and Global team
Coordinates the resourcing within the local project
Ensures consistent quality project deliverables of all gate/packages
12. Coordinates the support of (global) rollout consultants with Solution Management
Qualifications
University degree in the field of Information Technology, computer science or Business Management or Engineering
Demonstrate the strong management competences including Leadership, Team-player, Learning and knowledge management, Analytical and problem solving capabilities and Relationship management
Working experience in ERP system implementation as a project manager for at least 5 years and have solid competences including work breakdown, budget and planning, scope definitions, quality management, project controls, risk management, issue/change/assumptions management, resource management and scheduling
Good communication (Think clearly and logically) and presentation skills, in written and spoken English & Chinese fluently
Flexibility in performing tasks, adapting to changing circumstances and working in a dynamic environment
Independently working and deciding within limits as agreed upon
Able to handle stressful situations
Take in short assignments or travel regularly
Knowledgeable of the tank storage terminal processes would be a plus
